“6 in movimento”
Motivational start-up program geared towards the practice of jogging or power walking especially for people with sedentary lifestyles.
This is a unique method that has already been adopted by more than 15,000 people with sedentary lifestyles in the last 4 years.
A path of “human transformation” that, in addition to increasing the psycho-physical well-being of the participants, can also develop the 3 characteristics of efficient people: awareness, perseverance, and determination.
This method includes:
bringing about change through the motivational training “6 ciò che Pensi”
professional training programme to get up “from the chair” and run or walk for 60 minutes
Part of the proceeds from this project is donated to the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association (www.aism.it).
